Email Notification Customization

The settings for email notifications related to "Notes" don't provide for any nuance currently. I would like to see more options to customize when a user receives an email.

Ideally, the following would be separate email notification settings you could turn on/off:
1) when a teammate @mentions you on an email
2) when a teammate adds a note to a thread that you are subscribed to
3) when a teammate adds a note to a thread that you are assigned to

As an example, I might like to get an email notification when someone @mentions me in a note, but not when a general note is added to a thread that's assigned to me. Thank you for your consideration!
