You can now subscribe to an email thread to get notified of any changes, including new email messages, notes, assignees, and status updates.

Once subscribed to a thread, you can get notifications in the Pulse - on the right sidebar of your inbox and on the desktop.

To activate push notifications on your desktop, head to your Gmelius dashboard.

Want to subscribe a teammate to a specific conversation? Simply @mention them in a note for them to be automatically notified of all changes happening in the thread.
