You can now apply an automated action based on multiple If conditions triggered after a certain number of days for even more customized workflow designs.

For example, you can apply an SLA breach tag for specific conversations if, after a certain number of days:

  • πŸ“₯ there is no reply
  • πŸ“– the status of a conversation is still open
  • πŸ‘€ based on the conversation assignee
