We also made collaboration inside boards more accountable, making it easier to see who is working on what.

Imagine your team, Joanne and John, are managing a project, and their board has To do, In Progress, and Closed columns. It also has one column for Joanne and one for John. Sometimes, Joanne and John need to delegate tasks to other departments by assigning them to specific colleagues.
You don't want to have a dedicated column for each collaborator, but the current setup doesn't let you easily see the amount of work Joanne and John have.
With the new column's automation,Β you can automatically store cards assigned to other team members in a specific column. Get constant visibility on what your team is working on and which tasks are being managed by other colleagues.
