We know replying to customers can be hard, and that's why you can now share email drafts with members of your workspace* - to get feedback, find the right words together, and easily create perfect replies.

Shared drafts are in beta - this means we're actively improving them, and your honest feedback means a lot! You can share your thoughts in this form or just in the comments below.

*You can only share a draft as a reply to a shared conversation, whether this conversation is part of your shared workspace or has been manually shared with specific team members.
