A new version of our Zapier integration has been released, adding support for 2 new actions:

1. Create conversation draft

This action will create a shared draft within an existing shared conversation. You could use this new action with OpenAI to automatically draft a reply.

2. Add a note to a conversation

This action will add a note to the side of a conversation and is available under the parent action "Update conversation". E.g., you could use this with your CRM or Shopify to display information about a deal or orders.
