Merging cards on a board should be possible. Workflow: I create an item manually, then mail about that same item. I would like to attach/merge the emails to that item.

🧩 ClickUp Integration

"Send & Close" don't respect the "Send cancellation period" (to Undo)

The “Send & Close” button is not respecting the “Undo” timeout configured in Gmail. Gmail configuration: Example: The Undo pop-up is displayed only during a few senconds (5 sec.?) even of the “Send cancellation period is set to 20 seconds”. Is it possible to have the “Undo” feature working properly with the “Send & Close” button? Thank you Kind regards, Borja.

Same Day Analytics

Currently, Analytics and Reporting can only be pulled for previous days. It would be nice to have real-time updates for users to see how many emails they've replied to that same day to help keep on track for productivity goals.

Tag folders

It would be great to be able to organize related tags into folders for easier organization (rather than an alphabetized list where related tags can be scattered)

Private comments (notes)

Sometimes, shared conversation members would like to be able to target comments (notes) at specific user(s), rather than the entire membership of the shared workspace. For example, escalations, HR matters, legal matters, or pricing discussions. Currently, the only way to have a private side conversation is to copy the link to the shared conversation, and create a new conversation (in email, chat, etc), but it would be better to be able to do so in-context.

Out of Office Status + Rules

Allow individual users to set "out of office"/vacation statuses (including start and end date) in their profile. Then, make that status accessible as a criteria in automation rules. For example "If reply is received and person X is out of office, then reassign email to person Y."

It is now possible to assign a conversation to the teammate who replied. A new trigger, named "New message from a teammate," has been introduced, which takes into account any email sent by a member of the workspace associated with the rule, including both the 1st message of the conversation and replies.

Disable Side Panel

It would be nice to be able to disable the side panel. Our ownly use for Gmelius is the shared labels, we do not need the side panel for anything but it keeps popping open.
